Orders, confirmation & delivery

We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be attended to much quicker than orders placed by phone, fax, or e-mail.

After selecting the product/s you wish to purchase and submitting your order to Matis, you will be given the opportunity to review the entire transaction and correct any mistakes, before selecting whether to withdraw from or proceed with the transaction.

By selecting to submit the order you are deemed to have submitted an offer to purchase the product/s selected by you (“order”) and the order cannot be withdrawn by you unless expressly agreed to by Matis. Matis reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason with notice to you.

Receipt of a confirmation of the order (which constitutes acceptance by Matis to process the order) will be sent to you once we receive your order. After processing of the order, a final pro-forma invoice will be sent to you, inclusive of shipment fees. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for any late deliveries.

The only forms of acceptable payment are by electronic transfer or direct deposit. In all cases, ownership of goods will transfer to the purchaser on presentation of a valid receipt and/or proof of payment. Purchases will be dispatched for delivery after proof of payment has been received by Matis.
